10 insights for keeping Love and Joy alive

Look at each person or situation every day like you see them for the first time, new
Develop a sense of curiosity and keep an open mind
Watch how this sense of curiosity brings joy to what you do and who you are, which is also interest and intelligence
Avoid getting attached to your feelings, thoughts, ideas or concepts because you are more than your thoughts, ideas and concepts
Think what kind of world you would like to live in and then set out to create it
Commit to reducing aggression – towards yourself and others
Consider how you would like to be treated and treat others in this way
Remember - Knowledge is the tool and NOT the essence. Joy, freedom and love are the essence.
Be grateful for what you have
Realise that you can never love too much, only too little
